Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to anyone who uses Bill Book, the bookkeeping and scheduling website at baileysisk.com for the Country Market and Polly's Country Market stores. By creating an account or using Bill Book, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Bill Book
Bill Book is for the staff and managers of the Country Market and Polly's Country Market stores, for store business. Anyone can create an account, but you only see a store's records once an administrator gives you access. Administrators decide who has access to which stores and departments and what each person's department title allows.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current.
- Keep your password private and don't share your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Tell an administrator right away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Acceptable use
When using Bill Book, you agree to:
- enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and correct mistakes when you find them;
- use Bill Book only for the business of the stores you work for;
- not try to see or change records you haven't been given access to, or get around Bill Book's permissions or security;
- not upload harmful files, or interfere with Bill Book or with other people's use of it;
- not use Bill Book for anything unlawful.
4. Store records
Invoices, credits, sales, credit requests, schedules and the other records entered in Bill Book belong to the stores.
- Administrators and people with the right permissions can view, change, export and delete them.
- Records you entered stay with the store if your account is closed.
- Bill Book keeps an audit log of who added, changed or deleted records, and when.
5. Text message alerts
Program. Bill Book account alerts are text messages sent to Bill Book administrators, for example when someone creates a new account and is waiting for access. They are informational alerts, not marketing.
Agreeing to receive texts. An administrator signs up by entering their own mobile number in Settings → Text alerts, ticking the box agreeing to receive Bill Book alert texts, and turning alerts on. Only add a phone number that is yours, or that you have permission to add.
Message frequency. It varies with how often people sign up. It is usually a few messages a month, and never more than 10 an hour.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one message confirming it, and no further texts unless you reply START or sign up again. You can also turn alerts off or remove your number in Settings.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email billbook@baileysisk.com.
Delivery. Messages are sent through our text provider, Twilio. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery isn't guaranteed.

We work to keep Bill Book available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance, when only administrators can sign in. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
7. Disclaimers
